How to order

2. At checkout, add your preferences in the order notes: colour or black-and-white, and any name or text to include
3. Email your best photo of your pet to hello@printvivid.co.uk — a clear, well-lit shot works best (minimum 1MB; the sharper the photo, the more fur detail we can capture)
4. We'll send a digital proof within 2 working days for your approval before printing

Delivery timeframes

Once you approve your proof, please allow 3–5 working days for printing and dispatch. Your order is then sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically arrives within 2–3 working days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
